Remember that your subconscious mind does not discern whether the beliefs and desires you hold are healthy or correct for you. The differing information held in the subconscious and conscious mind can cause conflict, imbalance, negativity and stress. This can sabotage what you consciously want for your life. Therefore, transforming these inaccurate, negative beliefs and perceptions will allow you to respond to your life in a balanced and positive way.

Lowering your stress levels and raising your tolerance for stress helps greatly in the prevention of illness and an imbalance life. Repressing negative emotions of anger, frustration, resentment, fear, guilt, shame, sadness and grief can keep you a prisoner to negative thinking and its consequences of pain, suffering and conflict. Transforming negative beliefs can be accomplished more easily when the body and conscious mind are in a deeply relaxed state. You can be assured that your subconscious mind will only accept and allow new suggestions that are in your best interests. You have the power, influence and choice to change your beliefs and experiences as you desire; no one can do this for you unless you authorize it.
