Every CD in the SEED
series comes with an exercise booklet to help
guide you in the transformational process. The
booklets are about a dozen pages long each, and
contain valuable information and exercises to
help you on your journey.
Excerpt from the first page: This booklet
gives you some tools that will help you in your
transformational process. You can use these
exercises to identify and understand the way
that you think, feel, cope and react to
perceived situations. This can help motivate and
open you to the possibility of changing beliefs
that do not work for you. When you do these
exercises before listening to the recording, you
are speeding up the process of transforming
negative beliefs, thoughts, feelings and
behaviors. This also helps you to minimize any
resistance you may feel to making positive
changes and helps to release old beliefs,
feelings, patterns and experiences more easily.
There may be times when you experience the
release of old beliefs, thoughts, feelings and
memories. Sometimes you simply feel restless
listening to the recording. You may also
experience release through your dreams or in
different ways. By continuing to listen to the
recording and doing these exercises, you will be
helping yourself gently transform in the way and
time that works for you.
On the next page, under the section entitled
The Patterns that Core Beliefs Create, you
will see that we are conditioned with beliefs
from a variety of sources. Generational,
Societal and Family are sources of conditioning
that are saved like programs in our Subconscious
Mind. These programs for the Beliefs that drive
our cognitive process, and create our
Perceptions, Internal Dialogue, or Self-Talk,
which further reinforces our beliefs. It is
important to have beliefs that support a healthy
cognitive process - healthy thinking, feeling
and responding - because this supports a healthy
state of mind, body relationship and life.
