sitting back with your eyes closed. The optimal
time to listen to the recording is before going
to sleep. However, it is also
beneficial to
listen to the recording more than once a day.

steps toward preparing you to be open and

not be tempted to skip the repetition of these
opening steps, as they are necessary preparation
to support the transformation process. This

listener, into a healthy future reality where
your conscious mind will not interfere with
doubts or negativity and where you are free to
think, feel and experience a new positive
reality. This healthier reality is then anchored
into your subconscious mind in a way that helps
